Genshin Impact 3.4 Sumeru Expansions
The new sandy region is rumored to expand Sumeru, tripling the area it currently occupies. In a now-deleted tweet from Genshin Impact leader Blank, the first expansion will arrive in 3.4 with Sandworm Cave, which has a special boss. This boss is rumored to be part of the “Sandworm Dodge Challenge”, an event that rewards players with a free sword.
Blank says that the third and final expansion for Sumeru will arrive in Update 3.6 – this area should contain the Dragon Dendro and Archon Dendro Lake locations.
Genshin Impact 3.4 new characters and banners
Two new Genshin Impact characters reportedly joining the anime game are Alhaitam and Yaoyao, according to a prominent Ubatcha leaker. Yai Yao trained as a chef in Xiangling before becoming Ganyu’s assistant, but she has never been seen in-game. There is a lot of conflicting information about Yaoyao, but it is said that she is a four-star halberd user.
Returning players may recognize Alhaitam as one of the quest NPCs from Sumeru’s story: he is part of the Sumeru Academy, Teyvat’s most prestigious institution. Data Miner nevis states that Alhaitham will play as a Dendro version of Keqing, who appears to be a DPS character with fast attacks and a quick cooldown on his elemental and burst ability.
Genshin Impact 3.4 Banner Repeat
Judging by the deleted posts from Uncle Lu and Sagiri, two respected leaders of Genshin Impact, Hu Tao returns with a new banner in 3.4. The last time Hu Tao appeared on the banner was in November 2021. Since he is one of the main characters on our Genshin Impact tier list, it comes as no surprise that the Genshin community is eagerly awaiting Hu Tao’s banner replay. .
The first half of Genshin Impact 3.4’s banners are rumored to feature Alhaitam and Xiao. As Uncle Lu and Sagiri predicted, Hu Tao and Yelan will appear on the 3.4 banners in the second half of the update.
