BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment America has released the latest story and gameplay trailer for TEKKEN 8, showcasing the latest addition to the legendary fighting game franchise. The game will be available on PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam. The trailer features stunning visuals, extremely detailed character models, atmosphere and destructible environments, and aggressive new game mechanics, all designed to introduce TEKKEN to the next generation.

The title will feature innovative game mechanics focused on “aggressive” tactics. True to TEKKEN’s unique style, the game will deliver the most immersive experience for both players and viewers, with visceral, shocking kills and dynamic and destructible environments. The trailer reveals a brand new mechanic called “Heat System” that unleashes aggressive attacks with special and enhanced moves for each of the characters’ abilities.

TEKKEN 8 continues the tragic saga of the Mishima and Kazama bloodlines and their startling dispute between father and son. After suffering what appears to be a defeat by Kazuya, Jin faces his fate. His mother, Jun Kazama, appears after his absence from the TEKKEN franchise to try and turn the tide in this blood feud.
The trailer also features the return of beloved characters such as Paul Phoenix, Marshall Lowe, King, Lars Alexandersson and Jack-8.
