Level Infinite and developer NExT Studios have announced the start of open beta testing of their upcoming shooter SYNCED. Between December 10 and January 15, players will be able to enjoy PvE for the first time in addition to co-op. The beta will be available on PC and can be downloaded from the official Synced website or from the game’s Steam page.

SYNCHRONIZED is a rogue looter shooter, the action of which takes place in the near future on the basis of our world, where nanotechnology has become the basis of civilization. After the cataclysm known as the Collapse, the nanomachines turned against their creators, devouring humans to multiply and transform into fearsome Nanos. In this post-apocalyptic setting, players take on the role of Runner, a brave bounty hunter who explores Meridian in search of a valuable nano-energetic substance known as Nerva. Players must form teams of up to three people to engage in intense PvE or PvP battles.

SYNCHRONIZED brings a new take on third-person shooter gameplay, offering players the ability to sync up with deadly nanos, effectively turning an enemy into an ally. Different Nano classes to sync – Crusher, Seer, Guardian, and Suppressor – combined with individual gear and each Runner’s unique abilities allow for a wide variety of combinations and tactical approaches.
Just like classic looter shooters, Runners can mine resources in PvE and PvP matches to upgrade their characters, as well as unlock powerful weapons and mods. Hence, each game is played differently than the previous one, following the “cheating” influence that the name has, and distinguishing SYNCHRONIZED from his contemporaries.
Between December 10 and January 7, players can earn Twitch Drops by watching streamers who have active drops in their streams. Players can receive rewards during the first and second rounds.
