The fifth and penultimate workbook of this story is already a traditional comic book routine: we will see several battles with magnificent drawings, between which the characters quarrel with each other and explain the wild paranormal phenomena in terms that seem slightly smiling in Czech translation (for example, the word “multiverse” ). In any case, there are three relatively strong points at the core of this workbook.

Secrets Revealed
Making their way through the underground labyrinth under the island, a group of disparate heroes from different worlds encounter a military team of local administrators. They’re rifle-wielding soldiers in modern black uniforms, and their firepower will come at the expense of Thor’s rather amusing remark that shooting is an unfair way of fighting. One way or another, we will see some more impressive drawings in which Batman and Catwoman are having a hard time. It just seems a little unfair to me that Batman’s suit is already torn, and Catwoman’s form-fitting suit holds him together just fine.
Approximately in the middle of the workbook, the main secret of the underground labyrinth is revealed: it is an anomaly, which the heroes call “Point Zero” and around which, apparently, all the events on the island revolve. Of course, there will be some explanation of how it all works, but you should not expect miracles from this: it is a traditional comic hodgepodge of sexual phrases without much depth. In any case, the heroes will finally figure out how to return to their home worlds.
But here comes the second revelation: in the last book, some characters speculated about a traitor or a traitor in their ranks, and now, when the heroes are finally on the verge of victory, the traitor will really show up and disrupt events in the bud. It is all the more dramatic that the characters drop out of the cycle, so that any death is permanent. The penultimate workbook then ends with another relatively emotional moment between Batman and Catwoman, whose relationship really draws this entire series from the first workbook perfectly.
We’re going to the final
The last two parts of the comic were a bit of a disappointment to me, because as soon as the characters started talking normally, the whole thing turned into a very traditional set of comic clichés. Unfortunately, I no longer expect any revolutionary demolition of the fourth wall against the players or the authors of the game. However, in every notebook I find a few things that captivate or captivate me, whether it’s the great battle drawings or the polished chemistry between Batman and Catwoman. I would really like the final workbook to be able to bring back some of the magic of the first part, which, in turn, still seems to me the best. We’ll find out next week if that works.
