We have all three Modern Warfare safe codes to help you open safes in The Nameless and Alone and unlock the Gentleman Thief achievement. It’s not just about chasing achievements or trophies, as you’ll also get a powerful set from each vault to help you navigate MW2’s hidden sequences.
The Sin Number mission has one safe, while the grueling Alone mission has two. If you’re not sure which ones, be sure to check out our Modern Warfare 2 missions list. We’ll also list the solution to each puzzle along with the security code, and more importantly, where you can find each safe.
All modern warfare 2 security codes
These are the security codes for El Sin Numéro and Alone:
- Sin Number: 02-02-19
It is located in the large bedroom on the first floor. The room has a Lazar Salgado poster and a balcony in case you don’t know which one you’re on. You can find the safe in the closet to the right of the bathroom entrance. The decision, 02-02-19, is at the bottom of the poster.
- First security code: 10-10-80
This can be found in the cafe manager’s office – Ghost and Soap make a joke about it, so be careful if you’re not sure you’re in the right place. You’ll have to force the door open, so keep a spare. Light your torch on the calendar hanging above the table, and the solution is the date of birth of the celebrated 40th birthday.
- Only second security code: 37-60-80
It is located in the El Maistro garage, which is on the right hand side of the road, just before you go through the tunnel that leads to the church. Go under the door and head into the office where you will find a safe. The solution is on the laptop that is in the room with the raised machine.
And that’s how you’ll find Modern Warfare 2 Security Codes. They’re not required by any means, but you do get access to powerful weapons and gear that you wouldn’t normally be able to acquire on a mission, like a Silent. 50 BMG hand cannon. This particular item is probably not one of the best weapons in Modern Warfare 2, but it is useful in the campaign.
