The Elden Ring Jazz Concert Will Be Broadcast Live From Hollywood

Jazz Elden Ring might not be the first combination that comes to mind, but it was the theme for a year-end concert Bandai Namco held in Hollywood, California. In Elden Ring: A Night in the Lands Between, musicians led by jazz artists Kenny Garrett and Takuya Kuroda will improvise excerpts from the RPG soundtrack.

The performance will feature some songs from the uplifting Elden Ring orchestral track, but performed in a jazz improvisational format, meaning Garrett and Kuroda will bring their own flair to the arrangements and react to what the other is playing.

Here is the announcement trailer:

Both artists are experienced jazz musicians. Garrett has performed with jazz legend Miles Davis and the Duke Ellington Orchestra, and Kuroda recently released his seventh album, Midnight Crisp, which follows his 2020 recording Fly Moon Die Soon.

There will be two performances, one at 6:00 pm PT and the other at 10:00 pm Tickets to participate in the live stream or broadcast of the event can be purchased from the official website. The $200 Elden Lord Package includes dinner, a commemorative ticket and accommodations in the VIP area of Bourbon Hall. On the lower level, you can buy a ticket to the Golden Fleece level if you just want to watch the video on demand afterwards.
