The new Elden Ring mod lets you live out your dreams of becoming a deadly teleporter shinobi. Already one of the best RPGs on PC, the plethora of Elden Ring mods available only further expands the potential of FromSoftware’s open-world game. Taking inspiration (and some moves) from another FromSoftware game, Sekiro, and combining them with the original designs, this latest addition offers an incredibly fun and powerful set of tools.
Creator Hotbite’s Aspects of the Shinobi Elden Ring mod includes animations taken from various Sekiro characters, including Genichiro, Lonely Shadows, and Owl, and implements them with custom animations created by Hotbite to create a full set of moves. with incredible combinations.
The result is a two-handed katana moveset with nearly unmatched mobility, combining rapid strikes, spinning strikes, and short-range teleportation in multiple directions to outwit your enemies. Showcasing the base moveset as well as the mod in action against some of the Elden Ring’s toughest bosses (spoiler alert, obviously), the video below shows just how powerful this team can be. He almost reminds me of Vergil from Devil May Cry.
If you want to be the coming storm, the Aspects of the Shinobi mod for Elden Ring is available on Nexus Mods. The creator of the mod says that it was a bit overloaded initially due to slightly misconfigured attack values, but this should have been fixed. They also point out that the second version of the mod uses raptor mist effects to give a slightly different look to players who find the standard teleport effect a bit off-putting.
If this caught your eye, we have plenty more of the best Elden Ring mods to review later, like one of the most ambitious Elden Ring overhaul projects. We also have a recently updated guide to the best Elden Ring builds for those of you who want to stick with the base game offerings. By the way, did you know that the Elden Ring board game is coming soon or now you can explore the world of fantasy games with the Elden Ring Street View feature on your PC browser?
