Aliens’ latest release, Metal: Hellsinger, was released on Thursday. It’s currently available for PlayStation, PC and Xbox – but is it also on Switch?

Metal: Hellsinger is a rhythm-based FPS game featuring a soundtrack with vocals from critically acclaimed metal artists such as Serge Tankian, Matt Heaf, Mikael Stane and many more. Its director, David Goldfarb, called the music “an important part of the gaming experience” and said that Metal: Hellsinger tries to match the energy of games like Doom with its music. Its story follows an unknown humanoid demon whose mission is to travel through the various realms of Hell to confront the Red Judge.

Metal: Hellsinger’s gameplay focuses on rhythm, destruction, and the music gets more intense as you adapt to the beat and increase your kills.

Unfortunately Metal: Hellsinger is not available on Switch. It is also not available on PS4 and Xbox One, possibly due to the game’s performance requirements for consoles. Playable on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S and X and PC.

Metal Pricing: Hellsinger starts at $29.99 on Steam and $39.99 on PlayStation and Xbox stores, and is free with an Xbox Game Pass subscription.
