As Claire’s hologram indicates, your dreams have nothing to do with reality. If you fail the Dream Machine challenge, you can be sure that it won’t have any ill effects after leaving the challenge room, and you can repeat the challenge as many times as you like. Simply interact with Claire’s hologram to restart the transfer. Unfortunately, once a challenge room has been chosen for that particular dream machine, it is no longer possible to change it. You have to keep trying until you finally defeat it, or wait for it to expire.
Claire’s Dream Machine Rewards
You can receive various valuable rewards for successfully completing the tasks set by Claire’s Dream Machine, including Black and Gold Cores, Promo Modules and Boosters, Relic Fragments, Arrays, Gear Crates, and more. Completing the optional objectives of each challenge can earn you more of a particular reward or increase its rarity. Either way, the rewards from Claire’s Dream Engine are hugely rewarding, whether it’s upgrading your weapons in the Fantasy Tower or making wishes on the banners in the Fantasy Tower, so make sure you complete all the Dream Engine challenges that come your way.
How to find Claire’s dream car
Claire’s dream machine can appear after opening supply bins and rusty iron chests, or after defeating designated enemies in the environment. The exact spawn frequency of the Dream Machine is unknown, but if you’re used to raiding enemy camps, you can expect to encounter it on a semi-regular basis. Either way, once Claire’s Dream Machine spawns, an icon will appear on your Tower of Fantasy map, and it will stay there even after you leave it.
The Dream Machine expires in seven days, so make sure you go back and complete the quest before it disappears. If you don’t know how long it’s been since you encountered Claire’s Dream Machine, select the icon on the map to see exactly how much time is left before it automatically destroys itself. Also, you can only run into Claire’s dream car seven times a week. Once this limit is reached, the Dream Machine will not appear again until the weekly server reset which takes place on Mondays at 9:00 GMT.
