This new Genshin Impact leak advises players to save their Primogems during Banner RPG version 3.0 2 if they want to fire Dory. It looks like the four star character Electro will be offered for free in 3.2. However, each Genshin Impact update lasts around five weeks. This puts the 3.2 release date somewhere in early November, so the wait may be too long for those who want to use Dory as soon as possible.
The leak in question comes from the famous Ubatcha in tweeter with the above information. They also state that these HoYovers giveaways are subject to change or withdrawal at any time, so information is subject to change. This is all the more true as version 3.2 is relatively far away at this stage.
However, SaveYourPrimos, another reliable source of leaks, retweeted Ubatcha’s tweet, giving the details a bit more credence. The latter is known to accurately predict upcoming banners and character releases. In fact, they recently speculated that Kusanali, Scaramouche, and Dehya would be arriving soon.
If that happens, the HoYoverse will likely give away Dory as a reward for participating in the new event, much like they did with Colley when players first entered Sumeru at the start of 3.0. And that might be for the best, given that the vocal fanbase doesn’t seem to want to root for Dory in the face of the controversy surrounding the character.
If you’re one of the players who doesn’t like Dory too much, you’ll be glad to know that several other characters will have their own banners in Genshin Impact version 3.1, including Cino, Neelaw, and Candice. Additionally, Venti and Yula would have replays during the same update to coincide with the upcoming Mondstadt Of Ballads and Brews event.
