Moonbreaker is a turn-based digital strategy game with competitive PvP, PvE, and single-player roguelike modes.
Moonbreaker will launch globally in early access on PC and Mac on September 29. Players can get on Steam sooner or later, as Unknown Worlds is hosting two free Steam Preview Weekends until September 29. Details on the Steam Preview Weekend have not been released. Players who want early access can go to Steam and click “Request Access” and the developer will be notified when other participants are ready to join.
In the meantime, you can enjoy a trailer that showcases gameplay and characters you can meet after launch.
Moonbreaker is set in a sprawling sci-fi universe where it works closely with acclaimed author Brandon Sanderson. You are transported to The Reaches, a solar system of moons orbiting a rare resource called Cinder. You’ll learn more about the world through fully produced and voiced audio dramas coming to Early Access and beyond.
Moonbreaker Early Access includes a multiplayer mode where you can play 1v1 against your friends or other players. There are also two simple modes: Play Against AI and Cargo Run. The base game includes three sign-ups, ten teams unlocked in login challenges, 15 booster boxes, and an early access player badge.
