The seemingly endless Steam Deck hype has fueled interest in the gaming laptop market, and now it looks like GPD Win 4 could be the next competitor to hit the market. Although the device has yet to be officially announced, we now know what the system looks like and it looks suspiciously like everyone’s favorite PSP.

In recent days, YouTuber Carey Golomb shared images of the two. head on as good as return GPD Win 4 on his Twitter account. There are a few immediately noticeable things that set it apart from the Steam Deck, like the physical keyboard below the six-inch slide-out screen and the multiple color schemes.

Hidden beneath the PSP-like exterior are features that could make GPD Win 4 faster than Steam Deck. Golomb says the device is around 20% faster than Valve’s portable powerhouse when both are capped at 15W, likely indicating it will use an AMD Ryzen 6000 series processor with RDNA 2 GPU cores.

It’s unclear when GPD Win 4’s release date will be or how much it will cost, but we hope it won’t be long before we have official word on this Steam Deck competitor. In the meantime, you can check the status of your pre-order, as Valve may have moved your Steam Deck pre-order due to the company’s production process exceeding expectations.
