Multiverse sales make free-to-play game July’s best-seller

Multiversus is a free game. It means exactly what you think it means is worth nothing. you can download the game Currently and start removing seven Bugs Bunny ringtones for free with LeBron James. As well as looking like a little kid’s fever dream, the game itself is pretty darn good and has made great strides since its open beta, so much so that it’s currently sitting at number one on the July Most Earning Rankings.

Multiversus publisher Warner Brothers’ main revenue comes in the form of “Founder’s Packs” that players can purchase to gain access to more playable characters and a ton of in-game currency, Gleamium. The standard plan is £32.99, the deluxe plan is £49.99, and the founders premium plan will set you back £79.99.

While these are entirely optional additions to your Multiversus experience, it seems that many players choose the cost to experience everything at once. The Multiversus roadmap is looking pretty colorful too, with Rick and Morty planning to join the fray, as well as new modes and, unsurprisingly, more cosmetics. The fact that players are investing their money in the future of Smash Bros-a-like shows the impact this has had; we hope it can reward fans with great content.

Speculation about a new Multiverse character is running wild and no one seems to be leaving the table; whoever beat out Warner Brothers in recent years seems like fair game. For those of you playing right now, this Multiversus tier list will let you know who’s OP and who’s not fit to kiss Shaggy’s boots (sorry about that mental image). Everyone loves free stuff, so be sure to check out our Multiversus codes and how to redeem them for banners, pins, and bears, wow!
