Ivan “Artstyle” Antonova manager who was involved in the selection of players to buy into the team Natus Vincere Junior Dota 2 he declared:
“Young players in Dota 2 have always been in the spotlight, but no one wanted to develop them at a professional level. It is well known that generational change in the professional scene can happen quickly.
Together with NAVI, we realized that it is important to think ahead, so we started looking for players. My dream has always been to develop young talents and share my knowledge with them. I am happy that I have the opportunity to participate in the creation of this story.
We have been looking for candidates for almost three months. The final line-up included five young men aged 15 to 17, each of whom is in the top 300 of the world ranking. They have no professional experience, but they are mechanically gifted. I love that guys don’t have fixed patterns. They want to play and develop their skills and are always open to new ideas. Cheer for NAVI Junior!”.
The Natus Vincere esports organization, in order to create and develop future pro-players for inclusion in the first teams, continues to train talented youth.
