The Shadow of Skyrim mod is inspired by another fantasy game, Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, and aims to bring something like its iconic Nemesis system to Bethesda’s RPG, and now it has a release date and it won’t be long. long to wait.

That’s exactly what creator Syclonix’s Shadow of Skyrim mod is all about: Enemies get a “unique name, boosted stats, and a special buff” and can even use your gear against you. Even dragons or mud crabs can become your sworn enemies. Players get the debuff after being defeated and spawn at a random location with a mission to hunt down their new enemy – this is the only way to remove the debuff and pick up their gear. The mod also essentially removes death, so there’s no need to save or reload like in Middle-earth games.
Although the mod was announced in May with the hope of releasing it in June, Syclonix reached out to Reddit to confirm the Skyrim mod’s release date. saturday august 6 – so you don’t have to wait long.
