PUBG MOBILE is pleased to share an updated list of teams that will compete in this year’s $3M PUBG MOBILE World Invitational (PMWI) in partnership with the Gamers8 event. PUBG MOBILE fans voted for their favorite teams to participate in the PMWI Afterparty Showdown featuring Alpha7 Esports (Brazil), RA’AD (Egypt), Deadeyes Guys (South Asia), Bigetron Red Aliens (Southeast Asia), S2G Esports (Europe) )) and R8 ESPORTS (Saudi Arabia).
In order to provide fans and players with more interesting and exciting experiences, PMWI This year is divided into two weeks: the main tournament and the Afterparty Showdown with a total prize pool of $3 million (over R$15 million at current prices). Main Tournament PMWI kicks off on August 11, when 18 invited teams from around the world will compete in the $2 million Classic Card Main Event. The Afterparty Showdown will run from August 18-20, with 12 teams competing for the remaining $1 million.
O PMWI The Afterparty Showdown features the top five teams from the Main Event, five fan voted teams from the Americas, Southeast Asia, South Asia and Europe, and 7Sea eSports, BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA SHOWDOWN (BMSD) 2022 winner and special guest team. In the event that any of the qualified or invited teams are unable to compete, the place PMWI Afterparty Showdown available.
