The AMD Ryzen 7000 release date could be just over a month away, but the company has yet to officially announce when the launch will take place or which processors will be available on day one. Despite Team Red’s best efforts to keep this information under wraps, the new reports may have partially revealed which Zen 4 chips will hit the market first.
YouTuber Moore Law is Dead claims that AMD currently plans to release the entire initial AMD Ryzen 7000 lineup at once, rather than opting for a phased release schedule. If true, it could give the company a decisive edge in the battle against Intel Raptor Lake for the title of best gaming processor.
While the prospect of multiple Zen 4 processors is understandably exciting, we don’t yet know how many SKUs it applies to. However, the lineup will most likely include Ryzen 3, 5, 7, and 9 models similar to AMD’s current-gen chips.
If the thought of upgrading to the best gaming motherboard from the upcoming AMD Ryzen 7000 chipsets isn’t for you, AMD’s new Zen 3D processors may satisfy your upgrade urge in the meantime.
