It looks like Wrath of the Lich King Classic received a release date after Blizzard updated their official site.
According to a report from Wowhead.com, Blizzard has updated the release date for the classic World of Warcraft expansion, Wrath of the Lich King. The updated release date is listed as September 26, 2022. However, the release date has been removed as the story has been published.
It is possible that the release date is an error and that the official release date does not actually coincide with this date. Alternatively, an early announcement of September 26 is possible.
Since the publication of this story, the date has been removed from the website and reverted to its previous version. This may have been accidentally updated by Blizzard.

First released in 2008, Wrath of the Lich King was WoW’s second expansion after Burning Crusade and sold 2.8 million copies on its first day. It has always been one of the most popular WoW expansions. WoW Classic fans will see the return of expansion dungeons and raids, explore Norrend, and encounter the Death Knight hero class.
