New versions of Corsair iCue and Elgato software are now available that include new built-in Nvidia Broadcast features, meaning if you have compatible peripherals and a GeForce RTX GPU, you can now access some AI improvements. Although these technologies are primarily intended to improve the quality of your streaming experience, they can also help with other apps like Discord, Zoom, etc.

The Corsair iCue and Elgato Wave Link now benefit from Nvidia’s streaming noise cancellation technology, which aims to provide the best gaming headsets and microphones with noise reduction capabilities by suppressing unwanted ambient noise. Meanwhile, the Elgato Camera Hub received a new “AI Background” feature for applying blur effects, as well as customizable backgrounds for compatible webcams.

Of course, you’ll need to update your Corsair iCue and any Elgato software installed on your gaming PC in order to access these features. This can be done from within the apps themselves, but below we have provided links to the download pages:

  • iCue Capri
  • Elgato Wave Link and Camera Hub

We’re hoping that Nvidia Brodcast will eventually find its way into other software peripherals like Razer Synapse or Logitech G Hub, especially as both companies make some of the best webcams on the market. Additionally, we would like to see competing solutions come from AMD and Intel, which would make the race for the best graphics card even more exciting for us potential buyers.
