This Friday (15) NFA Cup, one of the main independent competitions Free Fire for emulators starts in 2022. The tournament will feature 18 teams, with the Grand Final taking place in person during the Hopi Gaming Festival on August 6th. In addition, the total prize pool of the NFA Cup will be Rs 15,000 divided among the top three players.
According to Marcelo Camargo, BMS Partner and NFA CEO, this edition of the Cup will revolutionize the Free Fire scenario for emulators with controversy never seen before: “With a private and public finale that the public can watch live, this NFA Cup will bring never-before-seen emotions in a competitive Free Fire scenario for emulators. We are preparing a lot to create a unique experience for all fans of the game, and I am sure that this edition will remain in the memory of everyone.”

Check out the groups and teams that will take part in the inaugural 2022 NFA Cup:
- Group: Dollars, Gods, K9, Medellin, Forsaken and Anti-Social Team
- Group B: Spawn, Dragons, BDL, Intense Game, Shox E-Sports and Strix
- Group C: Noise, F99 Esports, Top 10 E-Sports, Noxus GG, Ocla AJF, Faz o P
In the group stage, all 18 teams will face off against each other in daily draws, competing against each other to score the most points and increase their chances of reaching the final of the tournament. Every day, two groups contest 6 waterfalls on the maps: Purgatory, Kalahari and Bermuda respectively.

At the end of the first stage, the top 8 teams advance to the grand final of the Hopi Gaming Festival 06/08. The remaining 10 unclassified teams will play a repechage game with 2 more community teams on July 29th.
With commentary by Diego Huds, commentary by Cabello Geimer, analysis by duo OpzMila and Bruno “MRT” and a presentation by Louise Saro, all editions of the contest will be streamed through the official NFA channels on YouTube and BOOYAH!.
