Whatever talisman you’re looking for, you usually have to be up for some work to get them. Some can be found, while others you’ll need to shoot a specific enemy to get their reward.
The Cerulean Seed Talisman increases FP recovery from the Brain Tear Bottle, making it the perfect companion for skill or spell-loving users.

To find the Heavenly Seed Talisman, you need to go to the Carian Training Hall located in the Lurnia Lakes region. On the upper beams of the training hall, you will see a body with a talisman.
Although finding a talisman is quite simple, here you will have to fight an enemy with some pretty formidable spells. Fights can be frustrating, so be prepared. After defeating them, find a ladder that will take you to the rafters. Keep climbing until you reach the body.
