Teyvat’s world in Genshin Impact is now much bigger than it was when the game was released. There are many new cities, islands, and unique regions to explore. Unfortunately, traversing the world to get from one place to another between teleport waypoints isn’t always the most fun gameplay experience. What if you could ride? twitter user jared nits took this idea and brought it to life with some interesting concept images.
The images show us how the mounts could look like in a free game. In them, we see Aether riding various current normal and weekly bosses in a menu that appears to match the current game screen. See for yourself:

Here we see Ether over Azhdaha, Andrius, Golden Wolf Lord, and Coral Protector. There’s even an additional image of him riding the new Ruin Serpent boss. Dwalin can also be seen in this fan menu, but we don’t see him here as a mount.
Jared’s concepts here are so well done that they resemble some of the many recent leaks that have surfaced for 2.8 post content. Mounts are an exciting idea because adding them doesn’t seem too complicated to work with.
