The crafty gaming PC modder has created a nifty rig that fits in your backpack and its GPU is faster than the Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti. The compact design features a pleasing woodgrain aesthetic and minimalist design, while providing enough performance to run a variety of PC games.

Dubbed “Neon Rocket”, the small gaming PC features a modified Nvidia RTX A4000, a professional graphics card with 16 GB of VRAM. While the green team’s GPU is by no means small, Reddit user Runamok81 managed to squeeze it into the compact space by replacing its shroud with an RTX 3060 cooler, reducing its length while keeping a large fan.

Despite its size, the Neon Rocket also features an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D processor, 32GB of Kingston Fury Renegade RAM, a whopping 4GB of M.2 NVMe SSD, and a 600W Enhance power supply. Runamok81 even managed to pack Bright RGB lighting into the incredibly small Densium 4 PC Chassis.

Incredibly small RTX power

The Neon Rocket mini gaming PC is impressive in many ways, especially since it can probably outperform many full-size rigs. However, there’s something particularly charming about the fact that you can throw it in your backpack and take it with you, something that evokes a Nintendo Gamecube vibe.

If you’re a regular at LAN events, you’re probably already dreaming of how easily you could carry your computer on your back instead of lugging your desktop to events. Sure, you can pick up one of those VR gaming PCs that’s literally a backpack, but not everyone likes looking like a Ghostbuster.
