Ubisoft reassures fans of Beyond Good & Evil 2 that the game hasn’t been abandoned
The French company has included it in the list of active game developments announced.
It’s normal for Beyond Good and Evil 2 fans to be worried. The game was re-introduced to the world five years ago and we’ve hardly heard from it since. Again, Ubisoft it leaves different clues and explanations that we can cling to in order to be optimistic.
The latest comes from a question-and-answer session held yesterday for the annual meeting. as you pointed out Stephen Totilofrom Axios, From the company they mentioned Beyond Good & Evil 2 when asked about ongoing developments.

That’s why it’s good to know that Ubisoft hasn’t forgotten about the game, even though it was re-presented at the E3 2017 conference, where it again came up with a gorgeous cinematic trailer. It was then michel ancel who was directing the second part, but the creator announced his retirement in September 2020.
