PlayStation Plus Extra will have some changes in July 2022. In particular, two fan-favorite games are planning to leave the service this month.
PlayStation Plus Extra is Sony’s revamped service to compete with Microsoft’s Xbox Game Pass. For a monthly subscription, players have access to a catalog of games that they can download and play for as long as they own the service. The catalog of games comes mainly from PS4 and PS5. Older PlayStation games are part of PlayStation Plus Premium, which costs more per month but gives gamers access to a wider range of games, game trials and cloud streaming.

GameRant reports that in July 2022, PlayStation Plus Extra subscribers will lose access to Shadow Warrior 3 on July 5 and Syberia on July 15. Since these games come with PlayStation Plus Extra, you can still do this, even if you downloaded it to your console. will lose access.
Despite the loss of Syberia and Shadow Warrior 3, PlayStation Plus Extra subscribers will receive Stray as part of the service on launch day. Sony may also add more games to the service as the month progresses, and they will continue to update the service with more new releases as the year progresses.
