Monster Hunter Rise sets a new record on Steam with the launch of Sunbreak
Capcom released its major expansion on June 30 that marked the most Rise users.
Yesterday, Sunbreak, the long-awaited and massive expansion of Monster Hunter Rise, was released on PC and Switch. capcom wants to continue bringing the final installment of the franchise to life. We had no doubt that it would get a huge reception from 3DJuegos, but its first-day numbers go even further.
And so much so, if we look at the data collected by Steam DB, we see that Monster Hunter Rise has broken its own user record on Steam. The game registered on June 30 Peak of 194,459 concurrent playersHigher numbers at the time of release on the Valve platform, where it recorded 134,262.
Exceeded the premiere numbersIf we compare the numbers the series has accomplished in recent weeks, we see that the jump has been enormous, as concurrent players of between 20,000 and 70,000 seamlessly approached 200,000 from their peak. Obviously, this was motivated by the arrival of Sunbreak, but it’s still stunning since then. users need base game in your library if you want to access the content of the expansion.
