How to join the Diablo Immortal Shadows faction

So, do you want to know more about the Diablo Immortal Shadows faction? They are one of two groups in the PvP endgame of the new RPG known as Cycle of Strife. The Immortals, limited in number on any given server, are the guardians of the Sanctuary, but there is an endless legion of Shadows ready to test the Immortals’ courage and determination.

What this really means is that PvP in Diablo Immortal involves Shadow Clans constantly competing with Immortals (and each other) to become Next Immortals at the end of the Cycle of Conflicts. The sole purpose of any dark clan (the shadow version of regular clans) is to make life much harder for immortal players, but to participate you must first become member Diablo Immortal Shadows fraction.

How to join the Diablo Immortal Shadows faction

There are three ways to join the Shadows in Diablo Immortal:

  • win the ghost lottery
  • Being invited by an existing Shadows member
  • Wait for the recovery phase

In order to join the Shadows, you must reach at least level 43, complete all Bilefen quests, and obtain the Deteriorated Scroll. This unlocks a series of quests in Westmarch that introduces you to the Shadow and Immortal factions.

It is possible to enter Shadows without completing these quests if you receive an invite from a current Shadows player. At some point, you’ll still need to complete the Bilefen and Westmarch quests, and you’ll still need to be at least level 43.

If you haven’t been invited and are having bad luck with the lottery, there is a third option. If the Shadow faction fails to defeat the Immortals on the first try, the server enters the recovery phase and the faction is open to all, no invites or raffles required.

Diablo Shadow Immortal Lottery

Entering the Shadow Lottery is very easy: first check your UI to see if the lottery is running, and if so, visit the mysterious boss in the Wolf Tavern to enter. If he has been accepted, he will be notified via in-game mail and will receive another in-game letter informing him whether he has won the lottery or not.

If you win the lottery, you need to take the Dashing Shadows quest chain from the bartender Wolf Tavern. Upon completion, you receive two Seals of Akeba and officially become the Shadow.

Diablo Immortal Shadows Actions

As a member of the Shadows, you can perform many actions:

Diablo Immortal Shadows Stages

The Shadow faction goes through three phases during a conflict cycle, with an additional fourth phase depending on the outcome of the third.

First stage Planning, which means recruiting at least 200 members in the Shadow faction. At the beginning of the cycle, you will most likely go through a lottery, but as time goes on, other Shadows players may recruit more members.

next stage Meeting, where Shadows players continue to recruit but also band together into Dark Clans. This includes the various activities mentioned above, as well as the Shadow Wars competitions to determine who makes the top ten dark clans for Rite of Exile. This stage ends when the Shadows as a faction reach 23,000 chips.

The third step is called Opening, and features ten of the best dark clans fighting the Immortals in a series of battles as part of the Rite of Banishing. It’s a series of surprisingly tough PvP matches that pit 30 players against each other. within Immortal is the best player on the server so make sure you have the best version of Diablo Immortal. The Immortals will either win and remain Immortals, or they will lose and a new set of Immortals will rise to take their place.

If the Shadows are unsuccessful in the initial Engagement phase, the faction enters Pay phase. This phase is staggered and the power of the Shadows will increase until they finally (and inevitably) defeat the Sitting Immortals.

Once the Immortals are defeated, the Cycle of Discord ends and a new one begins.
