Players are wondering about the mysterious Trippy Shroom found in V Rising. Trippy Mushrooms have no effect on the character they consume, but they do affect the player’s perception of the game.
With the release on Steam Early Access last month, players will experience all that V Rising has to offer. Even the BoxBox editor was confused by the debuff. Among the open-world survival game, players found Trippy Shroom and became interested in its implications. This is because the character seems like there is no harm or benefit to consuming the mushrooms in the puzzle.

In fact, all Trippy Shroom does is mess up the screen. The screen tilts and swivels for 45 seconds before returning to normal mode. Trippy Shrooms is meant as a fun addition for V Rising players to add some variation from time to time. In contrast, most in-game items have standard in-game effects, such as increased stats such as physical strength and sun stamina.
Since its release in May, Stunlock Studios’ latest game has been a hit on Steam, averaging 50,000 players last month. However, this number gradually decreases after the game’s release. V Rising is still in Early Access, so we’re hoping more fun stuff like the Trippy Shroom will be added as the game plans for a full release.
