Leading video game publisher and developer AA Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. announced that TAIKO NO TATSUJIN: RHYTHM FESTIVAL Coming to Nintendo Switch™ on September 23, 2022. Standard and Digital Deluxe versions available for pre-orders with 90-day access to the Taiko Music Pass.
AT TAIKO NO TATSUJIN: RHYTHM FESTIVAL, Players will be able to showcase their drumming skills by playing the 76 songs available in Taiko mode, or play through story mode to become the drummer alongside Dong-Chan and Kumo-Kyun. They will also be able to show off their skills in online matches or play locally with friends in party mode. TAIKO NO TATSUJIN: RHYTHM FESTIVAL includes customization items such as costumes and nameplates that players will be able to customize with “Don Coins” earned during matches. In addition, players with saved progress from the 2018 version, TAIKO NO TATSUJIN: DRUM ‘N’ FUN, will receive three bonus tracks and additional customization items.
The rhythm game franchise TAIKO NO TATSUJIN, launched in 2001, has already received many titles and songs. TAIKO NO TATSUJIN: RHYTHM FESTIVAL will be the first in the series to offer the Taiko Music Pass, giving players access to over 500 songs, as well as monthly updates with more songs.
Fans can also check it out TAIKO NO TATSUJIN: ANIME on youtube. The animated series follows Kotaro and his friends on their journey to become Taiko masters, with help along the way from DON-Chan and other characters from the TAIKO NO TATSUJIN franchise.
