Harmony Leap Stones are used to increase your reservation in the Lost Ark. They are used during the leveling phase after using Harmony Shards to maximize EXP. Then you combine Harmony Leap Stones with Protective Stone Shards or Crushed Stone Shards to enhance the item.
The main source of Harmony Leap Stones in the Lost Ark are the Chaos Dungeons. You can get them after your first two runs and after the Guardian Raid starts. However, is it possible to grind these Harmony Leapstones in a Lost Ship?

You can get various items by trading in Lost Ark, including Harmony Leapstones.
In a Reddit post, a user discussing the idea of farming on the Lost Ship Leapstones suggests bringing many other supplies after launch in Lost Ark and using them to trade to Harmony Leapstones. An NPC south of Chaos Butt where you do daily errands which you can exchange for Harmony Leapstones.
This seems to be the only way for the Harmony Leaping Stones to get lost on the ship “on the farm”. Gems are tricky to put into play, but once you have them, they reinforce your armor perfectly.
