After leaving the Ninjas in Pajamas team at the end of May, Julio “JULIO” Giacomelli became the new FURIA roster coach in Rainbow Six Siege (R6). Champion of the 2021 Six Invitational with the Ninjas as player, JULIO will now be ahead of the Pantera coaching staff in the second round of the Brasileirão.

On Twitter, JULIO thanked the organization for the opportunity, as this will be his first experience as a coach. He arrives to replace Marlon “The Twister” Mello, now the assistant coach of Team ALPHA, Mexico’s championship team.
“Many thanks, FURIA, for the opportunity. Very happy to work with these guys with great talent and motivation to win many titles,” said the new Panthers coach.
JULIO’s debut with FURIA will take place this Saturday (18) when the team will face MIBR at the end of the day. The game will be streamed on the official Rainbow Six Esports Brazil YouTube and Twitch channels.
