Unlike most minigames, in Fall Guys team rounds, the remaining players are divided into two or sometimes three teams. Each player receives a color: red, blue or yellow. Your goal isn’t to be the last team, whether it’s racking up as many eggs as possible in your end zone, getting the highest score, or finishing as fast as possible.
Team rounds rarely appear as the first minigame and never the end, so you may need to survive multiple games before one occurs.

Unfortunately, there is no way to manipulate the odds of a squad gimmick appearing at squad shows. What’s particularly frustrating about the random chance of team play during Squads Shows is that there are only a few game types available compared to non-team rounds.
