Players are trying to figure out how to upgrade to Flask Elden Ring.
There are two different types of bottles that can be used. The first is the Vial of Crimson Tear, which is used to restore HP. The second is a brain tear bottle used to restore PF. It’s a good idea to update them as soon as they can be useful.
Now that Elden Ring fans know what Flasks are, here’s how to update them.

To upgrade bottles, players will need two items when exploring the lands: Golden Seeds and Pure Tears. The former increases the amount of charge the player removes from the flask, and the latter increases the amount of HP/FP recharged.
Golden Seeds can be found in small Golden Seedlings, along major roads, or near key points. They can also be obtained by defeating bosses. During this time, Holy Tears will settle in various churches across the map.
After purchase, these items will be added to your inventory. From there, when players live in Sites of Grace, select Flasks from the menu and there will be an opportunity to continually increase the number of refills on those bottles. Fortunately, they are also filled when players relax on Grace Sites.
