The second stage of Rainbow Six Brasileirão (BR6) 2022 is approaching. Between June 18 and July 17, ten teams will compete for points in the Brazilian Championship overall and four places in the Elite Six Cup, known as the “Libertadores do R6”, which awards seats to the Six Major in August.

Check out the basic information about the competition in this guide prepared by The Clutch. Matches always start at 13:00 Brazil time and will be streamed on the official Rainbow Six Esports Brazil YouTube and Twitch channels.

Format

As in the first round, Brasileirão will follow the best of one (MD1) map dispute format with only the first games. As the matches progress, teams will add points to the table, three for each regular time win, two for an extra time triumph, and one for an extra time loss.

The first four placed in the second round will guarantee a place in the Elite Six Cup, while the rest will play in the Brazilian Cup with teams from the Six League and a team from the women’s tournament.
