Here’s everything you need to know about the new Playstation Plus service.
For the past few years, Xbox has been dominated by the innovative Game Pass, a service that lets gamers access and download huge catalogs of new and old games for just $9.99 a month. Game Pass also includes every new Microsoft First Party game on release day.
Sony launched a similar service called PlayStation Now, but it didn’t have much success and was criticized for the fact that many games are only streamed and not downloaded. This meant that gamers with poor or no internet access were essentially unable to play the games that were paid for them. PlayStation Now also did not give players access to special PlayStation offers.
