The system requirements for STALKER 2 are here, and they’re almost as unforgiving as Zone’s, which means your gaming PC may need an upgrade if you plan on playing the long-awaited sequel to the 2007 cult FPS classic.
Investing in one of the best gaming SSDs is a must to match System Requirements for STALKER 2, and developer GSC Game World apparently rejects any idea of running a game on a hard drive. In addition, you will also need to free up 150 GB of fast storage space to install STALKER 2 on your system.
The Xbox Series S and X versions of the game will feature ray tracing effects, so it’s more than likely that those with better graphics cards will be able to enjoy the same visual enhancements. Unfortunately, it’s not yet known whether STALKER 2 will support Nvidia DLSS or AMD FSR, but that may change as we get closer to release.
