If you’re trying to expand your list of technologies, you need to be careful about packaging.

If you’re looking for the scroll, the region of Fermand is the best place to start. Here you will find them in almost all human settlements, for example:
These locations are often filled with chests, breakables, and enemies – all of which have a chance to drop scrolls as loot. When fighting enemies, look for 35 or more.
Another method of making scroll is to craft them, although there are a few prerequisites that need to be taken into account. First, you need to collect a total of 75 scrolls to unlock the Paper Printing Technology.
After that, you need to defeat Frostmaw, Mountain Terror, to get the scroll crafting recipe. Needless to say, it’s not something you can do outside the door. Frostmaw is a level 56 enemy, so plan your tactics accordingly.
