Ubisoft just announced that Roller Champions will release on May 25th. New free sports PvP game (Player versus Player) teams will have cross-platform play for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 (backwards compatible) and PC via the Ubisoft Store. In addition, the game will be available for Nintendo Switch soon.

In Roller Champions, disputes take place between two teams of three skaters each and in order to win, you must score five points by throwing the ball into the goal. However, the number of points can increase as the team circles around the oval arena while maintaining possession of the ball. In this dynamic matchup, players must accelerate along the walls of the track, perform tricks and work as a team to defeat opponents and advance to glory.

By winning the bets and reaching the top of the leaderboard, several doors of important leagues and stadiums will open until players reach the Elite Champions League. During this journey, gamers will have the opportunity to win fans, unlock new maps, compete in limited-time game modes, and customize their gear. In addition to unlockable items, exclusive cosmetic rewards can be purchased with each Season Pass.

Roller Champions can be played alone against opponents of similar skill (via matchmaking) or with friends. The game also features a cross-progress system available across all platforms, where gamers have the ability to advance their careers using any device. Finally, players can take the opportunity to meet up with their friends, have fun with mini-games, and work out at the skatepark, which functions exactly as a social hub that brings the community together.
