Globoplay is the first platform to confirm its presence at CCXP22. The announcement was made on a special livestream that took place this Thursday (05), where the event organizers confirmed some content for this year’s edition. The exposé featured a special video by Marcos Mion. The platform, featured in the last four releases, already has memorable moments in CCXP’s history. In the biggest edition of all time, which runs from December 1st to 4th, Globoplay takes the lead with a panel in the event’s main hall, Thunder. The fourth participation is expected to announce new original and exclusive projects for 2023.
“You can expect scenes, trailers and a lot of original national content,” warns Ana Carolina Lima, head of content at Globoplay.
Globoplay experience at CCXP
Roberto Fabri, CCXP Vice President of Content and Brand, celebrates Globoplay’s participation in the biggest geek and nerd event in Brazil. “We are pleased with the emergence of Globoplay. I, as one of the biggest fans of the event, announce that the season of speculation about which stars the platform will attract to CCXP22 is open,” he emphasizes.
Last year, Ana Carolina Lima, head of content for the platform, and podcaster Jeska Grecco hosted a panel full of ads. One of them, Desalma 2, premiered on the platform in April with Fabio Assuncao in the cast. Others will debut during 2022, such as Season 5 of Under Pressure, Rensga Hits, Season 2 of Archangel Renegade, and more.
In the last two virtual editions of CCXP, due to the pandemic in 2020 and 2021, fans were able to visit the Globoplay space, which provided a tour of the Globoplay world. In a virtual city created specifically for publications, the public could follow conversations with actors from soap operas, films, programs, series and sporting events.
