On Monday, July 25, 2022, Blizzard announced the release date for the Wrath of the Lich King Classic expansion pack for World of Warcraft. After endless weeks of waiting, the publisher has also revealed when the famous experience bonus, soberly called “Happy Journey”, will be released.

The “Happy Travel” bonus is essential
Released last May, the long-awaited bonus experience “Happy Travel” finally got its release date on Monday, July 25, 2022. As we predicted earlier today in our article on the subject, this fearsome bonus of 50% on all experience resources will allow Burning Crusade Classic players to catch the next expansion or level up one or more secondary characters in anticipation.
The “Happy Travel” bonus is expected to last a total of 9 weeks with a planned rollout that has yet to be announced. Wrath of the Lich King Classic: official release date!
Just three months after its official release, Wrath of the Lich King Classic finally has a release date, along with the Dragonflight expansion for the modern version of the game! Players will once again be able to explore the frozen lands of Northrend Tuesday September 27, 2022, 12:01 (Paris time).
As a reminder, the so-called “new” servers are scheduled to go live from Wednesday, August 10, and will allow those interested to upgrade to new servers from scratch. If you’re tired of your old classic servers, don’t miss this opportunity!
