Blizzard has released an FAQ-like article listing all the information players need to know before joining the Overwatch 2 PvP beta tomorrow.
It’s finally time! The Overwatch 2 (OW2) PvP Beta will officially begin tomorrow, April 26 at 11:00 a.m. PT (2:00 p.m. ET). Those selected for the beta will likely have received invitations from the Overwatch team via email with instructions on how to prepare for the big day. This will be just one of many tests the team plans to run throughout the year, and participants may be added later.

Below is an excerpt from Blizzard’s statement on what to expect before and during testing:
Yes, those selected can publish their experiences in beta. In fact, Blizzard appears to be promoting it, as those who issue it will have the option to receive their own keys during a limited-time campaign in the beta.
The campaign begins at 10:00 a.m. PT (1:00 p.m. ET) on April 27 and ends at 6:00 p.m. PT (9:00 a.m. ET). Those included in the list of authorized streamers can be selected to receive a Twitch drop containing their own key.
The Overwatch team itself is running the “Beta Bash” stream on the same day, with a start time of just one hour – 11am PT (2pm ET). The stream is broadcast through a verified PlayOverwatch account.
The OW2 PvP beta will end on May 17. At the time of writing, DBLTAP cannot confirm the date and/or time of other scheduled tests.
