Pokemon GO’s next Spotlight Hour will be Stunky, a skunk similar to the Pokemon Sinnoh region.
As always, this function will take place on Tuesdays from 6-7 p.m. local time. Participating trainers will receive twice as many candies per transfer.
Below, we’ve included everything Trainers need to know about the Pokemon GO Spotlight Time for April 5, 2022.

No, it couldn’t be any brighter in Stunky Pokemon GO. Although it was released in October 2018, its shiny version has not been released yet, which means that Stuntank does not have a shiny form.
In mass-produced games, Stunky and its evolving form, Stuntank, take on a deep red color, replacing the old plum palette.
Stunky has the following stats:
Trainers can track Stunky’s IV by comparing his CP to the maximum CP he can have at each level. For reader convenience, we have compiled these dimensions and slid them down in 10-level increments:
Trainers can turn their Stunky into a Skuntank using 50 Candies.

Skuntank is a venomous, dark-type weakness to ground-types and a long list of resistances like mind, poison, dark, ghost, and grass.
This premium Pokemon set includes the fast Poison Jab and the charged move Sludge Bomb. Both of these moves benefit from a 20% loss due to the same attack bonus (STAB) status.
Skuntank’s fast-moving pool is like a watertight bell. Poison Jab and its second version, Bite, use STAB and have very similar stats. However, the Poison Jab is a more powerful option that produces ~9 energy per second (EPS) and deals 15 damage per second (DPS) as opposed to the Bite’s 8 EPS and 14 DPS.
Meanwhile, Sludge Bomb is the big winner in the charge pool, outputting ~42 DPS at ~22 power per cast.
Skuntank has the following stats:
Skuntank is often a situational choice in PvP, with a layout generally compatible with major and ultra leagues. It’s most useful against ghostly metas – especially as a foil for Pokemon GO Battle League Giratina forces. He also found a place in some tournaments. But that’s the end of its usefulness in PvP.
Players may also want to use it in the Gym and Gym, which overall isn’t a scary idea but should only be used due to its poison type damage. A better option is already available for the dark type.
