Pokemon GO April 1, 2022 event spreads rumors of new Pokemon release

Niantic Labs, developers of Pokemon GO, may bring April Fool’s Day events back with some surprising changes.

Not every game has a plan for April Fool’s Day, but Pokemon GO definitely does. This isn’t the first year that Pokemon GO has focused on the unexpected for the holidays. However, it looks like they’ll have a big screen in the works this year. According to PokeMiner martycochrane on Reddit, a new entity was added last week that may be related to the event and the discovery of a new evil Pokemon.

Martycochrane’s post in the SilphRoad subreddit, a community-run resource for PokeFans, is from Prof. Willow Photobomb as one of the possible surprise snapshot types. Typically, this place is occupied by the artistic and inaccessible Smeargle, decapitated by the fans.

Some thought a new version would be released – possibly Zorua.

“It’s highly optional, but it will be a fun way to free Zorua. Show him Willow on the map and hold the screen, then he’ll reveal himself to be Zorua when he’s caught. The user typed red401.

Others were quick to agree with user HerzogHuhn13: “Actually, that sounds plausible. Didn’t Zorua use the same technique for the first anime or something? »

Some believed in a similar theory on the same principle – a Pokémon could be a Kekleon.

Whether this means a fresh start on the horizon, trainers won’t know until the event takes place on April 1, 2022 or until the Pokemon Professor creatures appear in their footage.
