Trainers can now battle the legendary Pokémon Hoopa in Pokémon to celebrate Pokémon UNITE Day 2022.
During the final Pokemon Presents show, Hopa was revealed as one of the next Pokemon to join the roster of fighters in Nintendo Team-Based Fighter Pokemon UNITE. This Pokémon recently made headlines as the brainchild of Pokemon GO’s bad season, which brought the species to the Galilee region long before other regions. Trainers will now be able to bring their evil nature to the battlefield.

Hoopa has been adjusted to be a ranged supporter with one change. His kit allows him to support his team with both healing and mobility, and also provides minor relief damage. However, the COMBINE move allows him to transform and deal massive damage to the opposing team.
The Sorcerer ability allows him to transform berries or Aeos energy into himself from the opposing team’s side of the map. If the skill fails, its cooldown is reduced.
At the first (1) level, Hoopa learns Astonish, which can briefly surprise an enemy Pokémon caught in its area of effect (AoE).
Astonishment can be transformed into one of the following two moves at level six (6):

At the third (3) level, Hoopa learns confusion.
Confusion can transform at sixth level (4) one of the following movements:

Activating Hoopa’s CONNECT move turns him into Hoopa Unbound. This way he cannot activate his ability and score a goal. His moves change to Hyperspace Fury and Psybeam:
Every third major Hoopa attack gains increased damage. After activating the UNITE move and transforming it into Hoopa Unbound, all major attacks are capable of hitting two opposing Pokemon.
Instructors have the option of completing a special limited-time study and obtaining a Hoopa UNITE license at no additional cost.
