From the long lineup of the latest franchise titles, Pokemon Legends: Arceus definitely covers its base when it comes to evolution. All evolutionary methods are available in this game, including movements, conditions and topics – in the latter, a new record has made life much easier for trainers trying to study its evolution.
We’ve discussed how to get all evolutionary items in Pokemon Legends: Arceus in our companion guide. In this article, however, we’ll focus on the Shining Stone and its corresponding Pokémon.

The brilliant stone is a cut gemstone in a pastel lime green color with a brilliant golden center. Its description says it “shines with a dazzling light”.
In Pokemon Legends: Arceus, two Pokemon are developed using Glowstone:
The togetik is an advanced type of togapi found in the Cottonsage Grasslands in Crimson Maryland and in Butter Lagoon or Peace Bay on the Coblatt Coast. Once he has developed a high enough friendship with his trainer, he transforms into Togetic.
Togekis, the “Jubilee” Pokemon, is extremely rare in Hisui. According to Leventon, “When there is peace in the land, Togekis will come forward.” This is indeed the case as Togekis never shows up where there is a fight. Hisuian PokeDex number #129.
Rosellia is an advanced bud variety that can be found in the Golden Plains or Bogje Bog in Crimson Mireland or the beautiful spring of the Coronet Highlands. He thrives when he establishes a strong enough bond with his trainer.
Roserad is also known as the “bouquet” of Pokemon due to the rose’s rose-like hands. In the middle of each of its flowers is a thorny vine waiting to be twisted and filled with poison. He dances around his opponents and beats them brutally in combat with these vines. Hisuian PokeDex number #091.
