We have prepared a brief description of how to turn Electabuzz into Electivire in Pokemon Legends: Arceus.
Electabuzz was one of the Pokémon introduced in Generation 1, which took another branch in the evolutionary tree with the arrival of Generation 4. This makes it a definite choice for Pokemon Legends: Arceus. The coaches take him to the region of Hisui, known as Ancient Sinno, to reveal the secrets of the region. Of course, any Pokémon introduced in the original Sinnoh region issue should return to Hisui.

Instructors can convert their Electabuzz to Electivir using the Electrizer.
Most trainers will likely recognize this item by appearing in Pokemon (Brilliant) Diamond and (Shining) Pearl. He and his fire-type analog Magmarizer were introduced in pairs to evolve their own Pokemon, Electabuzz, and Magmar. For more information on how to obtain these two items, Instructors are encouraged to read our Upgradable Items Guide.
Electabuzz is powered by electricity and works to lift tall trees during thunderstorms to absorb lightning strikes. Partly for this reason, it is also known as the “electric” Pokémon. Hisuian PokeDex number #183.
In its enhanced form, Electivir, the “Thunderbolt” Pokémon has an electrical output that mirrors its own heartbeat. It can produce 20,000 volts of power with both tails. Some members of this species can take over entire towns for up to a year. Hisuian PokeDex number #184.
Previously, trainers had to swap out their Electabuzz before plugging in an electrical device. Now they have to take it out of the bag and show the Pokemon.
