NACON and Studio Spiders have announced the next installment in the GreedFall series, GreedFall 2: The Dying World.
In a statement posted on the NACON Gaming website on Wednesday, the developers announced that the game would be the first prequel to be set three years before the events of GreedFall. It aims to continue the “winning formula” of the franchise.
“GreedFall 2 is an RPG that revisits the unique world created by the previous game, focusing on storytelling and player choice, but also featuring new gameplay in a more tactical combat format.” Reading description.

This story begins three years before the events of De Sarde. Players will step into the shoes of a native of Ter-Fred who has been forcibly taken and “uprooted” to the neighboring continent currently covered by settlers. Players must use their clever skills in diplomacy or direct combat to regain their freedom and control their own destiny.

GreedFall 2 aims to release on PC and consoles in 2024.
