Riot Games has announced the next three League of Legends skins in the Monster Tamer skin series, and the champions might surprise you a bit. Many thought Annie would be a natural fit, as she shoots her bear like a Pokemon. Instead, fans get a new Kog’Maw, Lulu, and Veigar.

As seen in the Tiny Master of Evil Splash Art, Veigar is aptly depicted as a fun villain who rocks a dark purple outfit with a new skull mask. Those familiar with Duskull, a ghost-type Pokémon, will notice that his minions refer to him with a skull-like mask and hood.
Star Guardian Veigar will likely cost 1350 RP in the store. This is the standard price for new skins.
Monster Tamer Veigar is in the 12.15 PBE patch, so expect it August 10 at League of Legends patch 12.15.
Beast Trainer Veigar will be available for purchase in the store after the skin releases. You can also get a random skin from the loot tab.
