TFT patch 12.14 will be released on July 27 with major meta changes. Here are the highlights of the latest TFT patch.
Great Warrior Buffs
I’ve mentioned Warrior as a “fake feature” before and it looks like Riot is finally ready to give AD some serious fun with this feature. Despite the damage reduction from Special Attack bonuses, the chance to proc has been significantly increased from one-third to one-half. Hopefully this makes Vertical Warriors a viable option without Olaf reverting to absolute dominance.
Legendary Dragons Get Big Buffs
Balancing three dragons costing ten was a struggle for Riot, either because they felt so overpowered as in the Mage Aurelion Sol meta, or because they felt like patch 12.13 that even two-star legends were struggling. to wear. Ao Shin, Shivana, and Aurelion Sol have gained buffs that make them and their components much more suitable. If you completed a two-star legendary dragon in 12.14, now is the time to team up around them and go for victory.
Cruel pact in the making
While an interesting change from traditional TFT gameplay, Cruel Pact has been revamped in patch 12.14. Instead of four XP costing four lives, four XP will cost six lives. However, players with Cruel Pact will gain three life per turn. This is clearly intended to reduce Cruel Pact’s excessive dominance in the early game, as the Cruel Pact player dominates and maintains a streak for about ten turns while all other players must lose. This revamp should hopefully give players more options at the start of the game rather than blindly dropping to level 7.
