Here’s what we know so far about League of Legends patch 12.14.
League of Legends patch 12.14 is set to release next week, July 24, and the developers at Riot have released a brief overview of the changes the new patch brings. League of Legends developer Matt Leung-Harrison (@RiotPhroxzon) posted content from patch 12.14 on Twitter, stating that this will be the last set of major changes since the stamina patch, and that future updates will focus on champion balancing and the transition to the pre-season. In the meantime, here’s everything we know about patch 12.14 so far.
Healing nerfs, glitch changes, high-end GP nerfs, and our regular balance changes (focusing on the Pro meta) are coming to 12.14.

The tweet outlines some of the key changes coming in the upcoming patch, including healing nerfs (including nerfs to base health and damage potions), various buffs, and various runes (including nerfs to delivery and protection of cookies, buffs to Scorch). and surprise effects and more) and a fan of many forest monster effects.
Another tweet also revealed which champions will be getting buffs, nerfs, and tweaks in the next patch. Pantheon (Jungle), Jarvan IV, Teemo, Alistar, LeBlanc, and Varus will be nerfed. Sivir, Yuumi, Seraphine (bot), Gnar, Zer, and Renata will also receive nerfs. Wukong, Aatrox, Rhaast, Janna, and Gangplank will all receive adjustments.

While we don’t yet know the details of most champion changes, changes to Gangplank have been revealed. According to Matt, these changes attempt to weaken him early in the game and encourage him to deal more damage outside of barrel rolls.
